Available to you 24x7, our online training courses offer you the ability to learn at your own pace. These courses are an excellent way for newly hired employees to become familiar in using Quality Service Pricing, or as a refresher for existing employees using the system. The ability to access our training at any time, day or night, is of great benefit to those who need the flexibility to train when their schedule permits.

Online Training Requirements

If this is you first time taking one of our online training courses, you may want to review our Course Help and familiarize yourself with the navigation. It is also recommended that you confirm that your system meets the following requirements:

  • Adobe Flash Player (8 or higher) installed
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer (6 or higher)
  • 56k Internet connection (broadband recommended)
  • Minimum 800x600 screen resolution (1024x768 recommended)
  • Our training courses feature high-quality audio. While we offer a text-alternative for all audio, we recommend you take our courses on a computer that has audio and speakers/headphones installed.

Introduction to the QSP Tech Guide

This training course describes the basic features, organization, and layout of the QSP Tech Guide. Designed to be used in front of your customers, your Tech Guide will help you communicate needed repairs and repair fees upfront. This course is a must for Service Technicians, Plumbers, Service Managers, Dispatchers and other individuals who interact with customers on a daily basis.
